Sorrento is one of the most turistical places of the Gulf of Naples.
Starting near Piazza Tasso, Sorrento’s main square, you can reach St. Francis cloister with its characteristical arcades. You can also visit Vallone dei Mulini, a natural area where in XVII century was a mill for grain milling. Today this site is covered by characteristic vegetation.
You can also visit the Cathedral in baroque style, its bell tower built in the 700’s, the Museum Correale di Terranova, where you can see furniture and porcellain of Capodimonte, paintings of the 600s and lots of books and documents regarding the Kingdom of Naples.
